Recommend solutions to support client engagement lifecycle
Evaluate 3rd party solutions and app exchange packages based on project need or business request
Evaluate existing and future SalesForce release features for business benefit and prescribe rollout plans, including socialization, training, communication, testing and release management
Lead analysis of impacts to the business (impact analysis)
Inventory new or impacted processes, job aids and collateral
Development of business process models (BPM’s) and process outlines
Seek and support continuous process improvemen
Skills and Qualifications:
Master degree or higher education a plus
Requires excellent organizational, written and verbal communications
Requires negotiation / collaboration skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and documentation software
Demonstrated ability to gather technical requirements and perform gap analyses a plus
2 – 10 years of contributing to project teams and meeting deadlines
